Our School Development Plan

We are committed to improving our school for all our learners.  Our school development plan is the way that we will do that.

Our School Vision

Every learner flourishing so that they can experience “Life in all its fullness.” (John 10:10).  We are guided by the words in Philippians 4:13 - “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” 

How We Will Do That: Our Focus Areas

• PEDAGOGY: Developing our pedagogy with a relentless focus on the art and science of teaching and learning.
• PROVISION: Building our provision from pre-school to year six so that learners access a true variety of disciplines woven through our distinct forest school offer.
• PRAYER: Grounding our school in an ethos that is deeply Christian and serves the common good.
